gh will be exhibiting at the Texas Assistive Technology Regional Conference in Houston, Texas.

5/15/08 - Software Release
gh has released the newest version (2.2.3) of the gh PLAYER™, which includes many feature upgrades and enhancements. Among other improvements, gh PLAYER™ Premium Edition is the first DAISY player that can open Microsoft Word documents using the "Save As DAISY" feature! 5/7/08 - Award
The National Center for Technology Innovation (NCTI) awarded gh a Technology in the Works 2008 award for the proposed research, Exploring the Benefits of Speech-Enabled Calculators (Abstract). Awarded jointly to Dr. Emily Bouck at Purdue University and gh, the results of the research generated through this award will be presented at the 2008 Technology Innovators conference in Washington, DC, on November 20-21. 4/16/08 - Conference
gh exhibited the gh PLAYER at the PATINS Project Tech Expo, held in Indianapolis, Indiana.

3/09/08 - 3/15/08 - Conference
gh was in Los Angeles, California attending the 2008 CSUN Conference. gh exhibited in the Renaissance Ballroom and presented on different topics related to DAISY Book production.

01/30/08 - 2/2/08 - Conference
gh attended the ATIA 2008 Conference in Orlando, Florida. gh exhibited, presented several papers on accessibility, and hosted a private area for product testing, feedback, and participation in research projects.

01/28/08-01/30/08 - Meeting
Dave Schleppenbach, President of gh, will be attending the NIMAS Standards Board meetings in Orlando, Florida. Dave will be presenting about multiple technical aspects of NIMAS implementation including the NIMAS Structure Guidelines.
