Traditional Accessible Media (TAM) produced for the government involves the production of hard-copy Braille, tactile graphics, and/or certain electronic files (such as TXT or BRF) from source files provided by the government agency requesting the conversion. The source files we typically receive are Microsoft Word, HTML, or SGML.
Through the creation of proprietary tools and software, gh has made it possible to create a streamlined process which allows for high volumes of material to be converted into these accessible formats.
With a full staff of certified Braille transcribers, gh is able to produce a high quality product with rapid turnaround time.
